Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Lumaglow Dental (“we”, “us”, “our”). We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, here are the terms under which returns or refund requests may be made.
Change of Mind
If for any reason you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, you may request a refund. After that 24-hour window, change-of-mind refunds are not accepted.
Eligibility for Refund/Return After 24 Hours
Beyond the initial 24-hour period, refunds or returns will only be considered in the event your item is materially different from the description at time of purchase (e.g., major defect, wrong item, missing core features). Minor variations such as slight color or size differences do not qualify.
How to Initiate a Return/Refund
• Contact us at help@trylumaglow.com with your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.
• For change-of-mind requests (within 24 hours), indicate as such.
• For “materially different” claims, you must provide evidence (photographs or video) of the discrepancy within 14 days of receiving your item.
• We will review your request and respond regarding approval status.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
• Items after the 24-hour window that do not meet the “materially different” criteria.
• Items that have been used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging/instructions.
• Minor or cosmetic differences not affecting core functionality or appearance.
Return Shipping / Costs
• For change-of-mind returns within 24 hours: You are responsible for return shipping costs.
• For approved “materially different” returns: We will cover return shipping costs, provided the return is initiated within the timeframe and evidence has been submitted.
• The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Refund Method & Timing
• Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
• Processing may take up to 10 business days depending on the payment provider.
• In some cases, we may offer store credit or an exchange instead of a monetary refund.
Right to Final Decision
We reserve the right to make the final determination on all refund and return requests. We may deny a request if the item condition does not comply with policy terms.
Subscription & Monthly Refill Policy
Optional Service
Adding our monthly refill (subscription) option is entirely optional and you can remove it at checkout if you prefer.
Confirmation
After subscribing, you will receive an email confirming your subscription and your first order details.
Manage or Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next order is generated by doing one of the following:
• Clicking the cancellation link in the confirmation email, or
• Contacting us at help@trylumaglow.com for assistance.
Auto-Renewals
Each scheduled refill automatically triggers a new order under your subscription.
No Cancellation After Order Creation
Once a new order has been created for a scheduled refill, it cannot be cancelled, as it is immediately processed for shipping.
Valid Orders
All orders generated after your subscription registration are considered valid and final, and will be processed and billed accordingly.
